Forensic expert Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the sperm specimen taken from the anal Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan can not be used as evidence in the sodomy case because it was affected and only obtained 56 hours after sexual intercourse allegedly occurred.
Dr David Wells claimed that DNA samples obtained can not be a "meaningful" and it is important that it has been sent for analysis immediately.
